Scheduled email updates are useful if you need to keep your leadership/clients appraised on the status of marketing performance regularly through reports. Reports once scheduled are sent directly to recipient inboxes automatically at your chosen times and frequency, up-to-date with the latest data.
To schedule these updates, go to the report which you want to share, using the report navigation bar. Click on the "Email Updates" icon in the report title bar. Choose the frequency of the reports, and add recipients to send the reports to. You can also choose the default primary and compare-with date ranges of the scheduled report (these will be rolling based on the time the report is delivered each time).
The report will now be updated and sent to the recipients at the chosen frequency.
