Connecting Taptica on Clarisights
Taptica is a mobile advertising platform now part of Tremor International / Nexxen. Connecting Taptica to Clarisights lets you blend Taptica spend, clicks, and conversion performance with your other paid channels and analyze it side-by-side with attribution data.
Limited rollout. Taptica is currently behind the
integrations-ui-tapticafeature flag and is not visible by default on the Integrations page. Contact your Clarisights CSM if you need access enabled for your workspace.

Prerequisites
An active Taptica (Tremor / Nexxen) advertiser account
The username (email) and password you use to sign in to the Taptica advertiser portal
Account must have access to the Taptica Advertiser Reporting API
The
integrations-ui-tapticafeature flag enabled for your Clarisights workspace — contact your CSM
Steps to Connect
Step 1 — Confirm portal access
Sign in to the Taptica advertiser portal with the username (email) and password you intend to connect. Confirm you can access campaign reporting from the portal — if you cannot, your account does not have reporting permissions and the connection will fail.
Taptica does not issue dedicated API tokens for most advertisers; the same credentials you use for the portal are used to authenticate against the Reporting API. Treat them as production credentials.
Step 2 — Add Taptica in Clarisights
In Clarisights, go to Integrations → Taptica → Add Account. If you do not see Taptica in the list, the feature flag is not enabled for your workspace — contact your CSM.
[TODO: Screenshot needed — Integrations page Taptica row with Add Account button]
⚠ Taptica is not visible on the Integrations page → The
integrations-ui-tapticafeature flag is not enabled for your company. Ask your CSM to toggle it on.
Step 3 — Enter credentials
Provide your Taptica Username (the email you use to sign in) and Password, then click Validate. Clarisights authenticates with Taptica and lists every advertiser linked to the login.
⚠ "Invalid credentials" on validate → The username/password combination was rejected by Taptica. Sign in to the Taptica portal directly to confirm the credentials work, reset the password if needed, then retry. SSO-only logins are not supported — you need a username/password that can authenticate against the API.
Step 4 — Select accounts
Pick the advertisers you want to connect, optionally rename them, and click Create Accounts.
Verify the connection
Go to Integrations → Taptica. Each connected advertiser should show a "Connected" status.
First data appears within ~24 hours of the next scheduled pull.
Quick start: create a new report, add Taptica as the data source, and add Account · Campaign · Impressions · Clicks · Spend.

Campaign / Campaign ID | Campaign | Campaign name and ID |
Ad / Ad ID (Creative) | Ad | Creative name and ID |
Metrics
Metric | Description |

Spend | Total spend in account currency |
[TODO: Confirm final metric/dimension list with the integrations team once Taptica exits limited rollout.]
Limitations & known constraints
Limited rollout: Taptica is gated behind the
integrations-ui-tapticafeature flag and is not generally available. The integration is on the limited-rollout list together with channels still being validated for production. No Ad Group level: Taptica's API does not expose Ad Groups. Ad Group fields in Clarisights map to Campaign.
Username/password auth: Taptica uses username/password authentication rather than rotating API tokens. SSO-only logins cannot be connected.
Vendor rebrand: Taptica was rebranded as Tremor International (2019) and again as Nexxen (2023). The advertiser API surface area, endpoints, and reporting schema are subject to change as Nexxen consolidates its platforms.
Sparse public docs: Taptica's API documentation is gated behind
wiki.taptica.comand is not publicly searchable. Schema changes typically require a coordinated update with the Clarisights integrations team.
Operating notes
Refresh schedule: daily.
Lookback: 30 days, so late-arriving conversions within the last 30 days are picked up automatically.
Multi-account: a single login can connect every advertiser linked to it. Use separate logins to onboard advertisers managed by different Taptica account teams.
Currency conversion: account currency is preserved on ingest and converted to your reporting currency by Clarisights.
Credential rotation: when you change your Taptica password, update it in Clarisights from Integrations → Taptica → Edit Credentials. Stale credentials cause data pulls to fail with an authentication error.
