Prerequisites

  • An active Vizury Engage360 account with login access at central.vizury.com

  • The Vizury username (email) and password used to log in to Vizury Central

  • The login must be linked to at least one advertiser product

Steps to Connect

Step 1 — Verify access to Vizury Central

Log in to central.vizury.com with the credentials you plan to use. Confirm your advertiser product is visible. The Clarisights integration uses the same login.

Step 2 — Add Vizury in Clarisights

In Clarisights, go to Integrations → Vizury → Add Account.

Step 3 — Enter your Vizury credentials

Enter the Username (email) and Password you use for Vizury Central, then click Validate. Clarisights signs in to Vizury and reads back your advertiser-product info (name, currency, timezone) so the account is created with the right metadata.

⚠ "Accounts couldn't be fetched for this user" → Vizury rejected the login or the user-info call returned no advertiser product. Confirm the same credentials work at central.vizury.com and that the user is linked to at least one advertiser. If correct, ask your Vizury account manager to verify the user has data access.

Step 4 — Confirm the account

Clarisights will display the advertiser product discovered for your login. Confirm the account name and click Create Accounts.

Verify the connection

  • Go to Integrations → Vizury. The connected account should show a "Connected" status with the advertiser product name.

  • First data appears within 24 hours, after the next scheduled sync.

  • Quick start: create a new report, add Vizury as the data source, and add Account · Campaign · Impressions · Clicks · Conversions · Spend.

Limitations & known constraints

  • Sparse public API documentation: Vizury exposes its reporting through a session-based endpoint set used by Vizury Central; there is no fully public developer portal for the reporting API. Behavior can change without notice — raise a support ticket if you spot drift.

  • Account level only granular metadata: only Account and Campaign are exposed. Ad Group and Ad are not available through the Vizury reporting API.

  • Limited metric set: only the core funnel — Impressions, Clicks, Conversions, Spend — is exposed. Engagement breakdowns, video metrics, and demographic splits are not available.

  • USD-denominated cost: Vizury reports spend in USD. Clarisights converts to your reporting currency at the daily rate; there is no way to retrieve spend in a different native currency.

  • Session-based auth: Vizury issues short-lived session cookies on each call. If your Vizury password is rotated, the integration will stop syncing until credentials are updated in Clarisights.

  • One product per login: each Vizury login is typically linked to a single advertiser product; to onboard additional products, add a separate Vizury user.

Operating notes

  • Refresh schedule: data is pulled daily.

  • Multi-account: add a separate Vizury user for each advertiser product you need to onboard.

  • Currency conversion: spend is received in USD and converted to your reporting currency at the daily exchange rate.

  • Credential rotation: when your Vizury password changes, update credentials at Integrations → Vizury → Edit Credentials. Clarisights re-authenticates on the next sync.

  • Credential storage: passwords are encrypted at rest before being persisted.
