Currency Conversion
Fun Fact: 2500+ Clarisights users are spread across 75+ different countries
Marketing teams using Clarisights around the world report in multiple currencies.
The reporting currency is always mentioned in the navigation bar. You can click on this and search or scroll to find the currency you want to view your data in and click apply.
This is a temporary currency conversion setting and will be reset to the default currency when the tab is refreshed.
The currency conversion rates are applied retroactively for each date of data. For example, when converting the currency from USD to EUR, each day's USD-EUR conversion rate is used to calculate the value for that day. This ensures that the figures are consistent and accurate even when you use historical timeframes in reports.
High-Value Currency Support
As of February 2026, Clarisights supports high-value currencies (such as VND, IDR, and KRW) without rounding errors. Previously, currencies with large denominations could show rounded values; this has been fixed to ensure precise reporting regardless of currency magnitude.
Deprecated Currencies
The following currencies have been removed from Clarisights as they are no longer in active circulation:
VEF (Venezuelan Bolívar Fuerte) — replaced by VES
If you were previously using a deprecated currency as your reporting currency, please update your preference to the replacement currency.
Changing Your Default Currency
Find yourself using a specific currency often? Consider changing your default currency in profile settings.
Head over to your profile section on the top left
And update your default currency setting to the required value. This will be saved for all reports you use in that workspace. You can always temporarily change the currency on each report when using that specific report.
Note that your company's data will always be stored in the default currency set during Clarisights account creation and it is not affected by this change.
